| 摘 要： | 提出了一种复杂截面大型法兰成形的新工艺，即精密弯曲组焊——最后现场精加工的方法，通过小型模拟件的实验研究，分析了弯曲成形过程中工件的变形规律，并采用此工艺制造了某工程上大直径法兰，实践表明采用此工艺成形大型法兰是完全可行的。

| Abstract: | A new technology used for manufacturing large flange with complicated cross-section was presented in this paper,precision bending combined with finishing machining. The rules of bending process of small specimen were studied by experiment. And a large diameter flange was manufactured by using this technology. The practice shows that it is feasible to manufacturing large flange by this method. |
