高效液相色谱测定啤酒和麦芽中的赤霉素

摘    要:利用高效液相色谱测定啤酒和麦芽中的赤霉素。结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差4.68%,线性系数R2=0.9977,方法定量检出限0.15 mg/L,回收率在93.60%~115.22%,该方法能满足测定啤酒和麦芽中赤霉素的要求。

Abstract:Gibberellin in beer and malt was determined by HPLC and the results showed that RSD of such method was 4.68 %,linear coefficient R2=0.9977,quantitative detection limit was 0.15 mg/L,and recovery rate was between 93.60 % to 115.22 %.Such method was applicable in the detection of gibberellin in beer and malt.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
