试验装备电液控制系统设计与稳定性监测分析

摘    要:针对试验装备电液控制和工作稳定性的问题,设计了一种基于可编程控制器的装备控制系统,给出了液压系统和3种控制回路的原理图;确定了PLC伺服控制I/O线路接口图,并且编写了PLC控制程序;然后,以试验装备4种工况为基础,探讨了其稳定性的分析方法,设计了稳定性监测软件,并进行了可视化仿真。结果表明:在工况4这种情况下的试验装备稳定性较好。

Abstract:Aimed the problem of test equipment electro hydraulic control and its working stability, a control system of test equipment is designed based on programmable logic controller (PLC). The principle figures of hydraulic system and three kinds of control circuit were given. The I/O interface figure of PLC servo control was determined, and the PLC control program was compiled. Then, on the basis of four different working conditions of test equipment, analysis methods of its stability were discussed, and a stability monitoring software was designed and visual simulated. The results show that the stability is better when test equipment is under the fourth working condition.
