固体酸催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯

摘    要:以活性炭、硅胶、石英砂、陶瓷球为载体负载甲烷磺酸,制得一系列负载型固体酸催化剂,用于催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯。结果表明,甲烷磺酸及不同载体的甲烷磺酸催化剂具有良好的催化活性;甲烷磺酸催化剂的催化活性与载体表面特性有关,载体为 TiO_2/陶瓷球和活性炭时,固载催化剂活性最高。在催化剂的焙烧温度为250℃,甲烷磺酸的浸渍浓度为0.8~1.0 mol/L,催化剂用量为醇总质量的15%条件下,环己烯的收率可达85%~90%。

Abstract:A series of supported solid acid catalysts were prepared by impregnating ceramic ball,acti- vated charcoal,quartz sands and silica gel with methanesulfonic acid(MSA)and studied in the dehy- dration of cyclohexanol.The results showed that MSA,MSA/TiO_2/ceramic ball and MSA/C had very good catalytic activity in the cyclohexanol dehydration reaction.Under the optimal conditions: active temperature of catalysts was 250℃,the concentration of MSA was 0.8-1.0 mol/L,and the a- mount of the catalyst was 15% based on the mass of cyclohexanol,the yield of cyclohexene reached 85%-90%.These solid acid catalysts could be reused.
