| 摘 要： | 以粗粉分离器为研究，通过冷态模化试验评价分离器工作性能，确定分离器优化结构，采用CFX－TASCflow软件包，数值模拟冷模试验和实际设备改造，计算结果与试验和现场测试结果吻合较好，为粗粉分离器改造提供了理论依据和数据。

| Abstract: | With a coarse pulverized coal separator serving as a study object the performance of the separator was evaluated through a cold modeling test. Determined also was the optimized structure of the separator. With the help of a CFX TASCFlow software package a numerical simulation based cold modeling test was conducted in conjunction with the retrofit of a coarse pulverized coal separator currently used on a utility boiler. The results of calculation and test are in quite good agreement with on site measurement and test results. |
