摘    要:本文提出了一种新的柴油机转缸试验方法即在现有气道稳流模拟试验台的条件下利用研制的柴油机试验缸盖及单独进气道进行柴油机转缸试验介绍了用该方法对四气门柴油机试验缸盖所做的试验结果分析表明这种新方法简化了SWRI美国西南研究所转缸试验对试验台的特殊要求使转缸试验易于操作和实现

Abstract:In this paper a new method for special flow bench test of diesel engine is presented, in which the test is carriedout under existing simulation test bench conditions provided for stationary flow test of engine intake ports, and by makinguse of the experimental cylinder head and single port of a diesel engine, and an experiment conducted with this method todetermine the magnitude of swirl generated by the experimental cylinder head of a 4-valve diesel engine isdelineated.A nalysis of the test results showed that the demand specially set on test bench by SWRI special flow test couldbe simplified, resulting in easy operation and ready accomplishment of the test.
