| 摘 要： | 综述了AFLP技术在水生动物遗传多样性、亲子代遗传关系、遗传图谱构建及功能基因相关分子标记、主效基因筛选等方面的应用，并简要介绍了AFLP技术发展及其在水生动物遗传学研究中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the application of AFLP in genetics studies of aquatic animals, including genetic diversity , paternity analysis, linkage map constructing and function gene related molecular marker or the main gene screening. In addition the development of AFLP and prospects of this technique are also discussed. |
