摘    要:应力松弛被认为是引起输电线路压接金具接触电阻增加的主要因素之一,研究应力松弛对压接金具接触电阻的影响对于评估金具压接质量和健康状态极其重要。通过开展压接金具循环电流试验,对比了循环电流引起的应力松弛对不良压接金具和良好压接金具的接触电阻的影响,研究了接头温升与接触电阻在评价压接质量方面的差异,探讨了接触电阻在线测量在工程应用中的价值。

Abstract:Stress relaxation is considered to be one of the main factors causing the increase of contact resistance of crimping fittings for transmission lines.It is very important to study the effect of stress relaxation on the contact resist⁃ance of crimping fittings for evaluating the quality and health of crimping fittings.Through conducting the cyclic cur⁃rent test of crimping fittings,the influence of stress relaxation caused by the cyclic current on contact resistance of bad crimping fittings and good crimping fittings was compared.The difference between temperature rise of joints and con⁃tact resistance in evaluating crimping quality was studied,and the application of on⁃line measurement of contact re⁃sistance in engineering was discussed.
