摘    要:采用光学、电子显微技术和力学分析等方法,结合热模拟试验和现场工业试验,研究了高速线材斯太尔摩控冷工艺生产高强度优质60Si2MnA弹簧钢的工艺参数与显微组织和力学性能之间的关系。研究表明,该弹簧钢盘条最终组织为珠光体加少量铁索体,随着相变冷速的升高,在铁素体含量变少及晶粒细化的同时珠光体球团分布更加弥散均匀,珠光体片层间距减小;不同强度级别的高强度60Si2MnA弹簧钢的延伸率几乎相当,断面收缩率相差0.5%,抗拉强度相差约200MPa,综合力学性能优良。

Abstract:Based hot simulatihg test and site test, with methods of optics, electronic microscopy and mechanical analysis, it is studied the relation between technology parameters and microstructure and mechanical property for high - strength high - quality 60Si2MnA spring steel produced with high - speed wire Stirmo cooling - control technology. It is showed from study that the ultimate structure of wire bar of above steel is pearlite plus few ferrite, along with transformation cooling speeding up the ferrite content gets reduced and grain further fine and simultaneously pearlite pellet spreads more bomogenously, the space between pearlite slices reduced; elongation for the steel with different grade of strength is almost same, contraction of area differs 0.5 percent, tensile strength 200 MPa. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel are fine.
