摘    要:为了克服IPv4的缺点,提出了IPv6协议。文中讨论了IPv4协议和IPv6协议的异同点,着重对照IPv4分析了IPv6的新特点。介绍了IPv6中IP层安全系统IPSec和AH以及ESP的应用方法,并对IPv4网络过渡到IPv6网络的过程中如何实现网络互连进行了讨论,还提出了从IPv4到IPv6过渡时期的一些策略。

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings of IPv4,IPv6 is put forward. The protocols of IPv4 and IPv6 are discussed in this paper. Compared with IPv4,the new characteristics of IPv6 are analyzed especially. Then IPSec,the IP layer security system in IPv6,is stressed and the application methods of AH and ESP are introduced too. Finally,the approaches of realizing network interlink from IPv4 to IPv6 network and some strategies during transition are proposed.
