摘    要:针对缫丝时茧子内层落绪多这一问题,在煮茧时运用触蒸,添加2次助剂,添加2次助剂,机外渗透等多种方法,通过优选工艺,取得了内层落绪率下降18.2个百分点,解舒率提高6.8个百分点,生丝品级提高0.68级,缫折下降5.8kg的好成绩。

Abstract:In countering the problem that there are much more dropping ends in cocoon inner layer during reeling, it is used such methods as direct steaming for cooking, adding agent for second time and external penetration in cooking. Through optimization process, it is achieved that inner dropping end rate decreases by 18 .4%, unwinding ratio increases by 6. 8%, raw silk grades rises by 0. 68% and reeling discount reduces by 5. 8Kg.
