施工浇注过程中大体积混凝土温度场监测

为了探求影响大体积混凝土温度场的因素,实时掌握大体积混凝土内温度场的变化情况,通过传感器多点分布的测温方法,对大体积混凝土内部温度场进行监测。本文结合大体积混凝土温度场监测实例,对监测数据进行分析研究,结果表明：混凝土浇筑温度、外界气温、水温等因素的变化对温度场都有重要的影响。应采取措施有效控制混凝土内部最高温度,降低混凝土内外温差,防止混凝土温度急剧变化,对防止浇注施工过程中出现温度裂缝至关重要。

Temperature field monitoring for massive concrete during pouring

In order to investigate the factors affecting the temperature field of massive concrete,During the construction,temperature changes inside massive concrete were timely detected through real-time monitoring,Multi-point distribution with sensor measurement,the large volume of concrete to monitor the temperature field.In this paper,temperature monitoring of mass concrete examples of analysis of the measurement results.Results show that：outside factors such as the change of the temperature of concrete pouring,Environmental temperature,temperature are important influence to temperature field.Measures should be taken to control The highest temperature of concrete effectively,reduce the temperature difference between the internal temperature and the outside temperature of concrete,prevent concrete temperature change sharply,To prevent the temperature cracks appear in the process of construction plays a vital role.
