摘    要:针对目前疏水扩容器负载能力尚无相关完整的计算方法的现状,提出了用扩容器当量流量及扩容器容积负荷系数2个参数来评价疏水扩容器的负载能力,并给出了计算公式。对某电厂电站扩容器工作失稳及热变形等问题,进行了分析和计算,对扩容器设计上的问题进行了探讨,制定了改造方案。改造后2年多的运行实践证明,所提出的分析方法及改造方案是可行的。

Abstract:In view of the present situation of having no related perfect calculation method for drain flash tanks, a method for evaluating the load capability of drain flash tanks by using two parameters, namely equivalent flow rate and volumetric load coefficient of the said flash tank, has been put forward, and a calculation formula being given. Analysis and calculation for problems, such as loss of stability, and thermal deformation etc., have been carried out, and an approach to problems in design of the flash tank being performed. A retrofitting scheme has been worked out on the basis of these results. After retrofitting, the practice in operation of more than two years shows that the analysis method and the retrofitting scheme had been put forward all to be feasible.
