| 摘 要： | 介绍用钛白废酸代替工业水稀释浓硫酸对过磷酸钙生产的影响,以及为了减少钛白废酸对过磷酸钙生产的不利影响而采取的措施,如改进生产工艺,加入阴离子型表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸盐,选用高效石墨冷却器,优化工艺控制参数等,为过磷酸钙企业综合利用钛白废酸开辟了新的出路。

| Abstract: | Waste acid from titanium dioxide manufacture is used in SSP production and the process is presented.For diminishing the influence to SSP quality,following countermeasures are adopted: the improvement of process,the use of anionic surfactants of alkyl benzene sulfonate,the employment of high efficiency graphite cooler and the optimization of controlling parameters.The development finds a new solution for waste acid from titanium dioxide production. |
