| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型的由PLC为主控单元，传感器为检测系统，触摸屏为人机界面，交流变频调速器等执行器件组成相关关联的测控系统。通过软件和硬件的设计分析，展示了此系统在铝塑复合管自动化生产线的应用优势。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of interrelated measurement and control system which is made up of PLC as the master control unit,sensor as the detection system,touch screen as the human machine interface,FM speed regulator etc as the executive apparatus.Through the discussion of the design and analysis of software and hardware,the application advantage of this system on automatic production line of aluminum plastic composite pipes is presented. |
