基于Pro/Engineer实现汽车自动调整臂机构的运动仿真

摘    要:汽车刹车间隙自动调整臂为达到自动调整的功能,一般设计的都是很巧妙的的机构。对其机械部件的装配,自动补偿量的分析,采用计算机模拟分析是一个很好的解决方法。Pro/Engineer Wildfire三维软件具有强大的动态仿真设计功能,本文以使用两套蜗轮蜗杆的自动调整臂的设计为例,在Mechanism模块下,通过运动仿真,检查了零部件装配性,并分析测量了自动调整臂的自动调整量。

Abstract:Automatic brake adjuster in bus is a wonderful mechanism in order to complete function of auto-adjust. Analyzing the assembly of the parts and the quantity of auto-adjust, a good solution is to imitate in computer. Pro/Engineer wildfire 3D software has powerful design function at dynamic imitation, Taking dynamic imitation of automatic brake adjuster with two worms and worm wheels as a designing example, the assembling and movement imitation of the automatic brake adjuster are accomplished.
