摘    要:数据库营销是现代电子商务发展中一个越来越重要的内容,在数据库营销中,其可测度强、低成本,可直观对客户进行偏好、习惯、消费能力等方面进行分析的优点受到很多中小企业的重视,本文通过对数据库营销的运作过程及操作步骤进行了详细介绍,并结合网店管理实例进行数据指标分析,希求通过此种方式,对数据库营销在网络环境中的应用进行深入研究,为网上中小企业的发展提供有效的应用方法。

Abstract:Database marketing is an increasingly more important part in the development of modern e-commerce.In database marketing,there are several advantages are valued by midium and small sized enterprises,for instance,it is easy to measure,its cost is low,and it can conduct direct analysis on clients’ preferences,habits,and consumption capacity,ect.This paper introduces in details the managing procedures and operational sequences of database marketing.It also analyses the pointer to data combining with case study of on-line shop management.It aims at conducting deeper investigation database marketing application in network environment,and providing effective application approach for midium and small sized on-line shops.
