| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同剂量杜仲雄花脂溶性生物碱的镇静催眠作用.方法:采用酸水提取法提取杜仲雄花中脂溶性生物碱.观察不同剂量杜仲雄花脂溶性生物碱对小鼠自主活动的影响以及直接镇静催眠作用,与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用和抗惊厥作用.结果:杜仲雄花脂溶性生物碱能有效减少小鼠的自主活动数；与戊巴比妥钠有良好的协同作用,阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠能增...

| Abstract: | Objective: Study the sedative and hypnotic effects of fat-soluble alkaloids of Eucommia male flowers with different dose.Methods: The fat-soluble alkaloids were extracted from the Eucommia male flowers in acid.We investigated the effects on spontaneous activity of mice,the synergistic effect with pentobarbital sodium,and anticonvulsant effects of fat-soluble alkaloids in Eucommia male flowers with different dose.Results: Fat-soluble alkaloids of Eucommia male flowers could significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity;enhance the action on mice sleeping ratio and prolong the sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium with subthreshold dose;prolong the sleeping time and shorten the sleeping latency of pentobarbital sodium with superthreshold dose;effectly reduce the eclamptic ratio of mice.Conclusion: Fat-soluble alkaloids of Eucommia male flowers possess obviously sedative and hypnotic effects in mice. |
