长江上游水库调度缓解鄱阳湖枯水情势作用研究

摘    要:近年来,鄱阳湖出现了枯水时间提前、枯水位偏低、持续时间延长等现象,其中水库蓄水是造成鄱阳湖枯水情势恶化的重要原因之一。对通过调整长江上游干支流控制性水库蓄放水过程来缓解鄱阳湖枯水情势可行性进行了研究。分析比较了三峡水库及上游控制性水库提前蓄水或延长蓄水时间等4个方案对缓解鄱阳湖枯水情势的效果。结果表明,调整上游干支流控制性水库调度运用方式,只能在部分时段缓解湖口水位降低的情势,且幅度较为有限,难以根本解决湖区低枯水位的问题。

Study on reservoirs operation at upper Yangtze River for alleviating low water situation of Poyang Lake
Abstract:In recent years, the low water situation of Poyang Lake is deteriorated, especially the dry season occurs ahead of time, the water level is lower and the duration is prolonged. The reservoir impoundment is one of the important causes for the deterioration, so the feasibility of alleviating the low water situation by adjusting the discharge process of upstream controlling reservoirs is studied. Four schemes centering on beforehand or extended impoundment of Three Gorges Reservoir and controlling reservoirs at upper Yangtze River are described and the alleviating effects on Poyang Lake are analyzed. The results show that the adjustment can ease the water drop of Hukou in a certain period of time, but the effect is relatively limited, which can not solve the problem of low water level of Poyang Lake fundamentally.
