摘    要:探讨了在HClO4-H3PO4-抗坏血酸体系中,采用JP-303型极谱分析仪一次扫描连续测定较宽浓度范围内Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn4个元素的新方法。Cu的浓度在0~20.0mg/100.0mL,Pb、Cd、Zn的浓度在0—30.0mg/100.0mL范围内4元素均可与所对应的极谱峰电流值呈正比关系,所拟方法快速、简便、节约成本,与传统方法比对结果相符,标准回收率:90%~110%,可应用于湿法炼锌工艺系统中相关物料中4个元素的生产控制分析,效果良好。

Abstract:In the system of perchloric acid - phosphoric acid - ascorbic acid, a new one - scan and successive determination of four elements including copper, lead, cadmium and zinc at a wider concentration range with JP- 303 polarography analyzer was discussed. The above four elements were in direct proportion to the corresponding polarographie peak current with 0 - 20. 0 mg/100. 0 mL concentration range of copper, and 0 - 30. 0 mg/100. 0 mL that of other three elements. The cost saving would be achieved with the method that was quick and easy, and the results obtained were in conformity with the traditional method. The method can be applied to the production control and analysis of four elements in relevant materials for zinc hydrometallurgical system with standard recovery of 90% - 110%.
