摘    要:用正交试验法研究了奥氏体化温度、保温时间、等温温度3个热处理工艺参数对T12钢碳化物球化的影响,以碳化物的粒化程度和硬度值为目标,通过极差分析和方差分析得出:奥氏体化温度是影响T12钢碳化物球化的最主要因素,保温时间和等温温度是次要影响因素;在755℃保温1min后以690℃等温的热处理工艺为T12钢较优球化退火工艺。利用较优球化退火工艺处理后的试样得到了碳化物细小均匀的球状珠光体组织。

Abstract:Effect of heat treatment parameters such as austenitizing temperature, holding time and isothermal temperature on the carbide spheroidizing for steel T12 is studied by using ortbogonal test method in this paper. The resuhs indicated that anstenitizing tem- perature was the most important factor, which affected carbide spheroidizing for steel T12, the holding time and isothermal temperature were the secondary ones, and the better heat treatment process for steel T12 was austenitizing at 755℃ for 1 rain and then annealing at 690℃. The specimen prepared with the better heat treatment process had the spherical pearlite of small uniform carbide.
