摘    要:通过对1 000 MW机组小汽机不设单独凝汽器运行方式进行剖析,介绍其对机组启动调试和正常运行的影响。对国内部分电厂不同给水泵配置下机组的安全性和经济性进行分析、取证,阐述不设单独凝汽器运行方式下保证小汽机排汽蝶阀严密性的重要性,提出检验小汽机排汽蝶阀是否严密的方法及保证小汽机排汽隔离阀严密性的防范措施。

Abstract:For 1 000 MW unit small steam turbine without a separate condenser,it elaborates the influence on unit start-up and normal operation.Analysis and evidence is made concerning unit safety and economics through comparison of different configuration,and comes to the conclusion that the tightness of exhaust valve is so important if small steam turbine has no separate condenser.And method to check the tightness,the measures to guarantee the tightness of exhaust steam isolation valve is proposed.
