摘    要:近年来,随着超超临界百万机组相继投产,人们对高参数、大容量汽轮机认识越来越深刻。特别是不同类型机组,汽轮机高、中、低压胀差特点也不相同,对绥电公司N1000-25/600/600型汽轮机温、热态启动过程中负胀差偏大产生原因进行分析、总结,通过运行调整和参数控制,防止胀差超限,以保证机组启动期间汽轮机安全。

Abstract:In recent years,with the ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit put into operation one after another,people have more understanding of high parameter,large capacity turbine.Especially for different types of units carries differential expansion characteristics under high,medium and low pressure.It makes an analysis and summary on negative differential expansion overreaching of Suizhong N1000-25/600/600 type steam turbine under warm and hot start-up process,and through the operation adjustment and parameter control,differential expansion overrun is prevented for the sake of steam turbine safety during start-up.
