B/BaCrO4延期药热分解特性的实验研究

摘    要:以B粉和BaCrO4为主要原料,制备不同配比的B/BaCrO4延期药。在N2氛围下,通过热重分析法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC),在不同的升温速率下,对三组延期药的热分解过程进行研究,同时也对B粉和BaCrO4进行热分析。用Kissinger方程和Ozawa方程分别对实验结果进行计算,得出其活化能。结果表明:B/BaCrO4延期药的燃烧性能稳定,随B含量的增加,放热峰值逐渐降低,燃速加快。

Abstract:In this paper,the different proportions of B/BaCrO4 delay composition is prepared by B powers and BaCrO4 as the main raw material.In N2 atmosphere,not only the performance of the raw material B powers and BaCrO4 had been analyzed by means of thermal gravimetric(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),but also inspected the thermal decomposition process of B/BaCrO4 delay composition which has three proportions in different heating rates.Finally,the experimental results are calculated by Kissinger's and Ozawa's method.The activation energy of the delay composition is obtained.The study showed that the combustibility of B/BaCrO4 delay composition is stable.The exothermic peak values are decreasing and the burning rate is accelerating with B content increases.
