精苯废酸制取减水剂的实验研究

摘    要:对精苯废酸制取高效减水剂的工艺进行实验研究。通过水泥砂浆试块强度、减水率的测定,得出酸焦油与甲醛的缩合反应条件。在55~60℃,反应2.5h,通过氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至9~10,并加入少量的柠檬酸和FDN(α萘磺酸盐)改性,可制取高效减水剂。当该减水剂投入量为水泥的0.8%时,减水率达到22.36%,初凝时间可延长到6.5h。

Abstract:Experimental study on production high-efficiency water reducer from waste acid of benzol refining.Through determination the cement mortar strength and the water reducing rate,the acid tar and formaldehyde condensation reaction conditions were obtained.In condition of 55~60℃,2.5h reaction time,adjusting pH to 9~10 by NaOH,and adding a small amount of citric acid and FDN for modification,the high efficiency water reducer was made.When the water reducer was input 0.8% of cement,water reduction rate reached to 22.36%.The initial setting time can be extended to 6.5h.
