环氧透明隔热玻璃涂料的研制

摘    要:以环氧树脂E-44为成膜物、聚酰胺650为固化剂、丙酮为溶剂、纳米掺锑二氧化锡(ATO)为功能颜料,添加少量的分散剂、流平剂和消泡剂研制环氧透明隔热玻璃涂料。该涂料为双组分,性能稳定,所形成涂膜表面光滑,可见光透过率可达80%以上,硬度为2H,附着力为1级,厚100~120μm涂膜隔热温差为13~14℃,其耐酸、耐碱、耐水及抗温变性均符合国家或建筑(建材)工业标准。

Abstract:With epoxy resin E-44 as film former, polyamide 650 as curing agent, acetone as solvent, nano antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) functional pigment and small amounts of dispersant, leveling agent and defoamer, the epoxy transparent heat- insulating glass coatings are prepared. The coatings are of two-component with stable property and smooth film surface. Other properties include: visible light transmittance of up to 80%, hardness of 2H, adhesion of level l, thickness of 100- 120 μm and heat-insulating temperature difference of 13- 14 ℃. Also the acid and alkali resistance, water resistance and temperature-change resistance can meet the national standards and building industry (building materials) standards.
