摘    要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)的模型是一个多变量,非线性,强耦合的系统,而滑模变结构控制(SMC)具有快速响应,对参数变化及扰动不灵敏,算法简单,易于工程实现等优点,这为复杂工业控制问题提供了一种很好的解决途径。本文中的PMSM调速系统,以TMS320F2812为主控芯片,利用指数趋近律法下的滑模变结构控制器进行控制,给出了滑模控制器的位置式和增量式表达式。并将推导出的算法以增量式的形式编写进程序,作为调速系统的软件。最后通过MATLAB仿真和具体实验证明了该系统具有动态响应速度快,电磁转矩脉动小,稳定等众多优点,使系统具有更好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is a typical multi-variable,nonlinear,and strong coupling system.The sliding mode control has the advantages such as fast response,insensitivity to parameter changes and disturbances,simple computing,and easy to implement in engineering.Therefore it can provide a good solution for the complex industrial control problems.The PMSM speed drive system in this paper uses TMS320F2812 as main control chip,the controller uses the sliding mode controller under the exponential reaching law.The location type and incremental expression is also given in the paper.The MATLAB simulation and experiment prove that the system has many advantages such as fast dynamic response,small and stable torque ripple,and the system has better robustness.
