超超临界1000MW机组给水加氧处理探讨

摘    要:针对腐蚀产物的控制,对比3种给水处理方式及对给水加氧机理的分析,提出给水加氧处理是控制腐蚀产物的最佳方式,通过国内超(超)临界机组目前运行现状、给水处理方式及机理、氧化皮的形成与加氧的关系,探讨了1 000 MW超超临界机组给水加氧的可行性及风险。

Abstract:For the control of corrosion products,compared to three kinds of water treatment methods and the mechanism of water plus oxygen-depth analysis,the best way to water plus oxygen treatment is thus proposed.It also discusses the feasibility and risks of water plus oxygen treatment for 1 000 MW units by analyzing operation status of supercritical and ultra supercritical units at home,water treatment methods and the mechanism,the relation between formation of scale and oxygen plus.
