埋弧焊H桥式送丝实用电路设计

摘    要:采用电流型控制芯片UC3856作为双闭环控制核心,设计了一种埋弧焊H桥式送丝实用电路,针对等速送丝与变速送丝采用不同的双闭环控制电路。针对受限单级式可逆PWM调速系统,设计了对应驱动电路,控制效果好,结构简单,控制精度高。

Abstract:The paper designed a practical circuit of submerged arc welding H-bridge type wire feeder with current mode controller UC3856 chip. Taking the current mode controller UC3856 as the main chip of double closed loop control, designed different circuits for constant wire feed and alternate wire feed. Aiming at limited single-stage reversible PWM speed control system, designed relevant drive circuit with good controlling effect, simple construction and high controlling precision.
