矿热炉短网在工程中的优化设计与研究

摘    要:应用数字分析推导出了更为精确的导体电感简化计算公式。提出了在矿热护短网的优化设计中,优选往复交错母线间的间距,使整个组合母线束的电感最小或超近于零的零电感原理。阐明了用铜管代替铜排,只要保证短网损失的能量相等或阻抗相等,即阻抗等效,就可以获得相同的电气条件,并能发挥管短网过载能力强、投资省、运行可靠的优势,澄清了管短网不如铜排短网的模糊认识。

Abstract:This paper put out a more exactly and simplified formulation of a conductor inductance with mathematical analysis. It advanced a principle of zero inductance that the inductance of a group of combined buses is made approximately to trend to zero through optimum seeking distance in between reciprocating interlock buses in optimizing design for submerged arc furnace busbar.It also expounded with when copper tube is used to substitute for copper plate as busbar, as long as the power losses or impedance of busbar are pledged to be equal to each other, i.e. equivalent impedance, the same electric conditions will be enquired,and the preponderance of having great ability of overload, safety and low investment be brought into full play. A misunderstanding existed for a long time was cleared up which tube is not as good as plate busbar.
