从高温合金电溶液中回收铼酸铵的工业试验

摘    要:采用移动密实床离子交换柱吸附—固定床离子交换柱解吸—蒸发冷却结晶等工序进行高温合金电溶液中铼的高效回收工业试验。结果表明,采用移动密实床交换柱吸附—固定床离子交换柱解吸和再生,可使整个离子交换系统连续运行;采用15BVs 8%NH4SCN溶液解吸铼时,可使流出液含铼浓度降至1mg/L;采用20BVs 2mol/L H2SO4溶液使树脂再生时,再生树脂对铼吸附率仍可达99.97%,且吸附后液含铼浓度可降至0.4mg/L;采用6倍理论用量CaCl2沉钼时,钼沉淀率为99.69%;最终所得铼酸铵产品纯度达到99.99%。

Abstract:Industrial test to recover Re from electrolytic solution of superalloy was performed by moving-dense-bed column adsorption, fixed-bed column desorption, and evaporative cooling crystallization. The results show that the entire ion-exchange system can be continuously operated by moving-dense-bed column adsorption, fixed-bed column desorption and regeneration. Rhenium concentration in effluent drops to 1 mg/L applying 15BVs 8%NH4SCN solution to desorb Re. Rhenium adsorption rate of regenerated resin is 99.97% and Re concentration in adsorbed solution drops to 0.4 mg/L after loaded resin regenerated with 20BVs 2 mo/L H2SO4 solution. Mo precipitation rate is 99.69% applying 6 times of theoretical amount of CaCl2 to precipitate Mo. Purity of ammonium rhenate product is 99.99%.
