摘    要:以铀钼矿酸浸—萃取工艺的过程水为研究对象,采用北京矿冶科技集团有限公司自主开发的BGS102除油树脂,针对酸性萃余液进行深度除油处理,以砂滤作为前置过滤,降浊并除去大部分油质,减缓对树脂的消耗,再以110mL/min的进液速度通过树脂柱,进行深度除油,除油后萃余液油含量低于10mg/L,回收有机相,降低系统消耗;BGS102树脂经反洗再生15次后,除油率保持在90%以上,干树脂油吸附饱和容量为93mg/g。

Abstract:Efficient removal of oil from process water of acid raffinate was conducted by BGS102 degreasing resin developed by BGRIMM Technology Group with process water of uranium-molybdenum deposit by acid leaching and extraction process as the research object. With sand filtration as prefiltration, turbidity and most of oil was removed, and depth oil removal was performed by adding raffinate into resin column with flow rate of 110 mL/min. Oil content in deoilled raffinate is 10 mg/L below, and organic phase was recovered to reduce system consumption. After 15-time of regeneration for BGS102 resin, oil removal rate is 90% above, and oil adsorption saturated capacity on BGS102 dry resin is 93 mg/g.
