摘    要:以退役电容型镍氢动力电池硫酸浸出液为原料,经过除杂,净化液通过调整镍、钴、锰离子浓度后,直接加入氨水和碳酸钠共沉淀合成三元前驱体。前驱体为层状球形结构且粒度均匀呈正态分布,利用共沉淀法制备成三元正极材料后组装成软包电池,在0.2C、0.5C和1C放电倍率下,比放电容量达到160mAh/g以上。

Abstract:Ternary precursor was synthesized applying sulfuric acid leached solution of waste capacitive type NI-MH power battery as raw materials through purification, adjusting ion concentration of Ni, Co and Mn, coprecipitation with ammonium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. The precursors are of layered spherical structure with uniform particle size and normal distribution. Ternary cathode material prepared by coprecipitation was assembled into a soft packing battery. This cathode material exhibits discharge capacity of 160 mAh/g above under discharging rate of 0.2C, 0.5C, and 1.0C.
