摘    要:以再生铜电解过程中产生的高砷高锡铅阳极泥为原料,采用火法—湿法联合工艺,经水洗—脱砷—酸浸—蒸发结晶,在有效回收锡、铅、铜等有价金属的同时脱除砷。结果显示,砷的脱除率达到96.49%,锡、铅、铜、镍、锑的回收率分别为96.80%、99.32%、93.72%、94.15%、97.80%。

Abstract:Valuable metals were recovered and arsenic was removed from high As, Sn and Pb bearing lead anode slime coming from electrolysis process of secondary copper recycle applying a combination process of thermometallurgy and hydrometallurgy, i.e., water washing, As removal, acid leaching, and evaporation and crystallization. The results show that removal rate of As is 96.49%, and recovery rate of Sn, Pb, Cu, Ni and Sb is 96.80%, 99.32%, 93.72%, 94.15% and 97.80%, respectively.
