| 摘 要： | 对废钽靶材回收处理工艺及其回收料的应用进行了研究。利用氢化处理工艺,将废钽靶材组件进行了分离,使用酸洗、脱氢等处理工艺,最终得到了纯度为99.995%以上的冶金级钽粉。回收的冶金级钽粉可作为原料用于电子束熔炼制备钽锭,也可直接用做其他钽加工材的原料。分离出的铜背板可选用清洗、整形、抛光等处理工艺,处理合格后的背板可作为新的靶底使用,或作为黄铜直接回收。

| Abstract: | Recovery process of waster tantalum target and its application were studied. Separation process of waster tantalum target was carried out with hydrogenation process to obtain metallurgical grade tantalum powder with purity of 99.995% above. Recycled metallurgical grade tantalum powder can be used as raw materials for electron beam smelting preparation of tantalum ingots, or directly as other tantalum processing materials. Copper backplane obtained can be used as a new target, or recovered as brass. |
