高岭背靠背换流站换流变BOX-IN设计研究

摘    要:高岭背靠背换流站换流变BOX- IN 设计首次由国内设计单位负责。在借鉴华新换流站换流变BOX- IN 优点基础上, 结合工程的具体特点, 对高岭背靠背换流站换流变BOX- IN 的开孔布置、结构受力特点及结构方案、通风方案选择、声学材料选用等都进行了深入的研究, 力求做到拆卸、安装方便快捷, 方便换流变的检修和维护, 最大程度减小换流变噪声对站内人员和周围环境的影响。

Abstract:Converter transformer box-in design for Gaoling back-to-back converter station is the first project taken charge by domestic company. On the basic of benefits from Huaxin project, and considering the uniqueness of the project, in-depth studies are carried out on the opening arrangement of box-in, structural loading characters, structural configuration, ventilation plan selection, and acoustic material selection, etc., trying to make disassembling and installation easier and faster, so that converter transformer inspection and maintenance can be simplified, and the influence of transformer noise on people in the station and surrounding environment can be minimized to the maximum extent.
