钢丝绳芯运输带硫化接头的研究

钢丝绳芯胶带运输机目前在矿山开采、电厂、港口等行业逐步得到推广应用 .该型式的运输机胶带强度可适应大运量、长距离运输的要求 ,并且它运行费用低 ,故障率低、可满足安全、连续运输的需要 ,钢丝绳芯胶带接头的硫化对于该型运输机安全运转起着十分关键的作用 .目前 ,该工艺还没有国家标准 .钢丝绳芯胶带生产厂家制作的接头保证有效寿命为4a .我们对接头型式及硫化工艺进行了深入的研究 ,接头强度可达到胶带强度的 90 %以上 ,接头寿命可达 6a以上 .本文对接头硫化工艺、参数等作了较详细的分析和研究 ,并对实际操作过程中有关事项作了说明 .

Studies of the vulcanization joints of the steel cord conveyor belts

The steel cord conveyors have been used in mines, power plants, harbors and some other enterprises. This kind of conveyors with high_strength belts can meet the need of the large quantity and the long distance transportation. The vulcanization joints of the steel cord conveyor belt has played an important role in the safety transportation. Besides, it has the advantage of lower cost, fewer breakdowns and continuous transportation. The manufacture of the steel cord belt ensure that its service life is 4 years (there is no national standards). After the further studies of joints form and the vulcanization process, it has showed that the joint strength is more than 90 per cent and its service life will be 6 years. Analysis and studies of the process and the parameters of the vulcanization have been presented, and some directions concerning the operation have been stated.
