三种新型浆纱机烘房纱线张力的分析

摘    要:探讨三种浆纱机烘房传动方式与纱线张力的控制.通过比较祖克、津田驹、贝宁格三种新型浆纱机烘筒链轮传动、摩擦传动和纱片带动三种不同传动方式各自的优缺点,指出了各种机型适应的品种范围和应用时的注意事项,认为预烘、后烘单独积极传动及可靠的同步技术控制是较完善的传动方式.

Abstract:Dryer transmission way and yarn tension control of three sizing machines were discussed. Through comparing advantage and disadvantage of drying can chain wheel transmission, friction transmission, yarn sheer transmission of three sizing machines, that are produced by Suker, Tsudakoma, Benninger. The test shows the adaptability range and attention items for each machine, and it shows that pre-dry, final dry transmission and synchronized technology is the better way.
