| 摘 要： | 探讨在剑杆织机上生产粗厚紧密破斜纹织物的工艺技术要点.针对在织造过程中存在的织口跳动剧烈、织口前移、断经多、纬缩多、稀密路多的问题,分别调整了上机张力、开口时间、后梁高低、停经架位置、进剑时间、布边组织等,并加强操作管理和控制车间相对湿度,使该织物从最初的几乎无法织造到织机效率为85%.

| Abstract: | Processing technology points of producing thickset compact broken twill fabric in rapier loom were discussed, according to the problems of cloth-fed action, more broken warps, more weft kinks, more motion marks, loom tension, opening time, back beam height, stoppage position, rapier time, selvage stitch and so on were adjusted, management and control of relative moisture of workshop was strengthened, and these measures can enhance loom efficiency from 0 to 85%. |
