摘    要:结构设计是我们设计人员必然遇到的问题,本文作者在给一家日本企业研制专用设备的过程中遇到了一些问题,经研究,设备所需切断力(P)与摩擦力(F)的关系应满足F>P。但实际恰恰相反。所以,最终以改变结构设计的途径,解决了问题,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Structural design is a problem that our designers have to face.The author of this book encountered some problems during the process of researching and development special equipment for a Japanese Enterprise.After researching,he found that the relationship between the shear force(P) and the frictional force(F) should satisfy F>P for the equipment.However,the actual result is completely contrary.To solve the problem,he had to change the structural design to get a better result.
