| Abstract: | Application of HACCP system on polyalkenes soft packaging for food was introduced including Harm Analysis, and Critical Control Point analysis. The critical range and inspection system for critical point control was established and the CCP determined. Relevant countermeasure was put forward. It was put forward that HACCP is system engineering, and require all employee to work coordinately, each section to cooperate closely, to obtain the anticipant result. |
