Abstract:the application of membrane technology to the production of fruit juices and vegetable juices are introduced,which includes darifying,debittering,concentrationg,etc.The authors also practically explore the possibilities of utilizing integrated membrane processes to yield fine quality fruit juices and vegetable juices.
