摘    要:甲醇作为天然气加工利用的主要产品,其生产正在朝着大型化方向发展.华东理工大学在甲醇合成过程、甲醇合成反应器方面进行了数十年的研究开发工作,获得了有关甲醇合成反应器的专利,其中有一部分已经在国内甲醇生产装置上得到了使用.本文介绍了绝热-管壳复合型及内冷-管壳复合型两种甲醇合成反应器的特点以及目前的应用情况,以期作为国内企业原有甲醇装置扩能技术改造以及新建大型化甲醇生产装置在选择甲醇合成反应器时的借鉴.

Abstract:Methanol,as the main product of natural gas utilization, and its production scale becomes larger and larger. East China University of Science and Technology has studied methanol synthesis processes and reactors over 10 years, and has got the patents of methanol synthesis reactors, parts of which have been used in the units of methanol production in China. This article details the characteristics and the application of both adiabatic and internal cooling shell-and-tube reactors,and provides the reference to reform and proliferate old methanol units, and to select methanol synthesis veactors when building the large units.
