| 摘 要： | 随着房地产业的兴趣，商品房屋的销售价格较高，从而导致商品房屋的积压。本通过多元线性回归分析，定量分析影响房地产销售的因素，从中找出起决定作用的因素，为房地产开发商提出了新的开发策略。
