生物芯片荧光图像样点自动定位的实现

摘    要:生物芯片在微小的基片上集成了成千上万个样点,每个样点对应一个基因或生物信息。因此,生物芯片图像分析的自动化在生物芯片软件系统中显得尤为重要.而生物芯片样点自动定位是实现生物芯片图像分析自动化的关键一步。本文提出并实现了一种生物芯片荧光图像样点自动定位的算法。运行结果表明,对于样点像素值明显比背景像素值大的样点,样点检测率可以达到95%以上,而且荧光图像的倾斜、荧光图像中大的污染块并不影响本程序的样点检测率。

Realization of Automatic Spot Addressing for Biochip Fluorescence Image Analysis
Abstract:A biochip is a tiny chip in which there are ten to hundreds of thousands dots, every dot corresponds to a piece of gene or biology information. Due to this huge size of experimental data, automated image analysis is gaining importance in biochip software systems , realization of automatic spot addressing is the key step for automated image analysis . In this paper, we propose and realize an automatic spot addressing algorithm for biochip fluorescence image analysis . Experimental results show that this method can automatically locate ninety-five percent of dots if pixel value in every dot is obviously high than that of background. Moreover, skewness and contamination will not affect the dot detecting rate.
