基于UG和ANSYS的桥壳有限元结构分析

摘    要:以某厂改型的铲运车桥壳为研究对象,以有限元方法为理论基础,通过结合UG三维软件良好的前处理功能和ANSYS解算器的精确求解优势对桥壳进行结构有限元分析,提供了一种综合运用UG和ANSYS软件平台进行结构有限元交互分析的方法,使得此型号桥壳的静态有限元分析更加高效、可靠,并依据有限元分析结果提出了结构优化建议.

Abstract:Taking a certain factory remodel of forklift drive axle housing as a research object, base on finite element method and combining three - dimensional UG software preprocessor with the precise processing the function of ANSYS solver, carried on finite element method structural analysis to the drive axle housing. Provided a kind of comprehensive method which uses UG and ANSYS software platform carry on the structure finite element method analysis, make static state analysis more efficiently and more credibility, and according to finite element method analysis data put forward structure optimizes suggestion.
