| 摘 要： | 利用Struts、Hibernate和Spring，这三种架构设计一套B／S架构的劳资管理系统。该系统分为三层，在J2EE平台下整合三种技术，使系统层次划分更为清晰，可扩展性大大增强，大幅度提高了软件开发的效率。
