摘    要:分析了我国自然水体中多氯联苯(PCBs)的分布现状,探讨了PCBs的生态毒性效应,并提出了控制PCBs危害的有效措施。研究结果表明,我国自然水体中PCBs超标率已达57.6%,有些水体超标倍数极高;水体的底泥是PCBs的富集场所,正成为新的PCBs污染源;我国在PCBs研究方面存在区域性不平衡问题,并且普遍缺乏系统、连续的监测数据。为有效控制PCBs的危害,应该广泛开展国际合作,完善管理体系,并建立统一的风险评估、经济评估和预警机制。

Abstract:The distribution situation of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in natural water bodies of China was analyzed,the ecological toxicity effect of PCBs was discussed,and the effective measures controlling the hazards of PCBs were put forward.The results show that the superscale rate of PCBs is(57.6)% in natural water bodies of China,contamination levels of PCBs in some water bodies have been much higher than the allowed level.The sediment under water is the enrichment site of PCBs,so the sediment has become a new pollution source of PCBs.The research of PCBs in China has area imbalance,and is short of systematic and continuous monitoring data.For controlling PCBs pollutions,it is necessary to develop further international cooperation,to improve the management system,and to set up unified risk and economic assessment standards and early-warning system.
