航空发动机气路静电监测系统研究

摘    要:航空发动机因其气路部件长期工作在高温高压的恶劣环境中,是航空器故障的主要发生源,传统的发动机故障诊断技术实时性差,很难满足视情维修的需要。介绍了一种新的气路故障监测方法,可实时监控发动机气路部件的磨损状态,具有其它监测技术难以比拟的潜在监测能力。首先在分析原理的基础上,结合国外相关技术,初步建立了故障监测与诊断系统模型;然后进一步论述了系统组成及其功能实现,给出了发动机部件恶化程度的评定指标和分析方法;最后对研究方案和今后的发展提出了几点看法。

Abstract:Aero-engine is the main origin of failure,because its gas path components work long in the condition of high temperature and high pressure.Traditional engine fault diagnosing techniques are not good for real-time monitoring,and can not meet the needs of the maintenance based on condition.A new monitoring method for gas path fault is described,which can monitor the deterioration of gas path components in real-time and has the potential monitoring capability beyond the other diagnostic techniques.Firstly,based on the analysis of the principle,a primary fault monitoring and diagnosing model combining with some relative monitoring techniques abroad was built.Secondly,the construction of system,the realization of its functions,the assessment indexes for component deterioration and analysis methods were presented.At last,future research schemes and some useful suggestions were provided.
