微机多点气介式超声波液位仪的研制

摘    要:本文针对高浓度、高温及腐蚀性液体液位的检测问题,介绍了微机多点气介式超声波液位仪的测量原理、特点、气介式超声波传感器的结构和仪器结构组成,并讨论了温度、湿度等因素对测量结果的影响和修正方法,讨论了波动液面数据的采集、识别和处理以及自动进行通道状态识别和巡测的有关方法.

Abstract:Aiming at the measurement of high density,op temperature of corrosive liquid level,the principle and structure of the microcomputer controlled multipler ultrasonic liquid level instrument was introduced.And the structure of its air medium ultrasonic transducer was also introduced.The temperature and humidity influence on measuring results and the methods of modifying the influence were discussed.The undulated liquid level data collection,identification and process as well as the methods of automatically identifying channel state and automatically changing channel were also discussed.
